Where can I find this magazine?

There's this Mexican magazine called "15a20", and I went to EVERY Hispanic store, mall, plaza (etc.) in San Jose, but I still can't find. The ONLY place that this magazine is at the library. Is there any other store in San Jose that can have this magazine? Also, the website for this magazine doesn't say about them selling the magazine in the US. And, there's no subscription for this magazine. So really, I'm a little mad... >.< So.. Anything helps.. Thanks! :)
