Which program should I choose?

I would like to attend Ashland Community and Technical College in Kentucky in the fall of this year for culinary arts. They have two specialization options I am interested in, Catering and Culinary Arts. I would like to own my own business one day so I am not sure which one to choose. Has anyone attended the program there or have any advice?
