I want to open a store in Tijuana mexico in the plaza rio mall but?

i dont know how to find the listings or who to talk to or what buildings are empty or for rent in the plaza, how would i go about finding the empty stores for rent? i tried searching online but all i get are house properties. can someone give me some useful information and help me out please? and keep in mind i live in valencia california
