Going to San Francisco for a Conference and need to find a hotel located near 200 Folsom St?

Not familiar with the area, and I dont have $$$ to rent a car so it needs to be pretty close. I will be at a conference at UCSF Mission Bay... Anyone know of a good (affordable) hotel?
