How do you ask somebody out?

I really like someone and idk if she likes me. I want to ask her out but i don't want to be rejected. What do I say to ask her out. Her brother has a party a ultra zone in a few days and ik there is a lot to do in that plaza other than lazer tag... HELP PLZ
