Will my pierced ears close up overnight? Please answer quick?

Hi I need this question answered soon. Pllllllzzz help! Hi everyone so anyways I left my earrings that I got originally pierced with at school. I'm wearing hoops now and I really don't wanna were them to sleep cuz they hook on everything. I got my ears pierced about 2 or 3 months ago and I haven't taken them out at wot to change them and that takes rlly quick. I was wondering if I could sleep without them. Will my ears close up? I have one extra pair but the backs are kinda pointy. They are hearts and idk if they will hook on something so plaza help!
