Way to get from nitro wv to ashland ky?

Okay, so my boyfriend's stuck in wv, He went to visit his brothers and his step mom kicked him out, yeah she's a b*tch, he has been sleepin on a damn trampoline for the last two days. He has $50 but i've tried everything to go get him. but we just moved up here so i dont know many people, his family wont give him a ride back home, they suck. and there is usually a stereotype to this, but he's not, he doesnt do drugs smoke cigarettes or any of that, he recently got laid off and for some reason that is a big deal to my moms b/f, So he's not a bad guys, people are just d*cks.
