I hurt my neck and shoulders!?

I went to this trampoline place (sky high) and i hurt my neck and shoulders, i have a school field trip to ashland for 4 days and i'm worried my neck will hurt a bunch there! Is their a way to get it to feel beter by tommorow? Any tips? Thanks
