How do I find the number for "Clerk of Court"?

I've looked on the Ashland Oregon Municipal website for the phone number to the Clerk of Courts and I don't know where it is. Can't I just go in and talk to someone? I just want to be able to leave and get my fine settles over the phone and I just can't find anything I need!
