Help with small university cheer tryouts?

Ive been doing cheerleading for 6 years and did two years for varsity on my high school team. The biggest thing i would say is to stretch everyday. It helps to be really flexible when you do cheerleading. Work on splits everyday! Stretch all your muscles, run to build endurance. If its possible go to a gymnastics center and take a tumbling class once a week to help build up your tumbling skills. As for the actual tryouts don't worry. They will go over everything and tell you what to do when you are there. You will most likely to a bit of everything, jumps, stunting, tumbling, cheers, and dance but they should go over it step by step for newer people. Good Luck.
