Should I wear this on a casual hang out/date?

A black top with a lace back that is see through, skinny jeans, wedge heels, black feather earrings, red lips/black liner combo and my natural wavy hair or should I straighten it? We'll be hanging out at 6 pm on a Thursday night at this outdoor plaza/mall type thing that's really popular and right next to Disneyland. We may go to the movies or get coffee or listen to music, I don't know yet.
